    Creative Director (2022–Present):

    • Led a team of Art Directors and Copywriters in Product Marketing on Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.

    • Owned creative strategy and led creative direction across full-funnel campaigns (display, social, email, landing pages, OLV, and content).

    • Developed world-class event experiences at Dreamforce, including keynote sizzle reels, immersive product activations, and Salesblazer community events.

    • Directed annual Creative Vision, creative testing opportunities, quarterly planning and intake, budget allocation, agency partnerships, and recruitment.

    Associate Creative Director (2021–2022):

    • Led creative for Retail, Consumer Goods, and Commerce across product marketing, the Holiday thought-leadership campaign, and NRF event presence in NYC.

    EPSILON, LEO BURNETT / PUBLICIS GROUPE

    Google • Associate Creative Director • 2015 – 2021

    • Led global creative vision and execution for the Google Assistant CRM program, delivering meaningful, personalized experiences for millions of users.

    • Launched the program internationally (2017) and drove multiple strategic creative evolutions to make communications responsive, dynamic, scalable, and personalized.

    • Created and mentored a global team (AMER, EMEA, APAC) of copywriters, designers, production artists, while partnering with developers to deploy every touchpoint.

    • Expanded business to lead creative of Google Assistant landing pages, product notifications, and Global Google Assistant App and Play Store Creative. Additionally, worked across multiple Google acccounts creating concepts for Google Maps, emails for Google Merchanct Center and Google Home.

    • Awarded Platinum (Hermes Creative Awards), Platinum (MarCom), Gold (Horizon Interactive), Certificate of Excellence (The Echos), and Best Online Newsletter (Internet Advertising Competition) for Assistant CRM program work.

    Delta Airlines & GIA • Senior Art Director • 2014 – 2015

    • Partnered with the ECD to lead a 20+ person creative team and pitch to the Board of Directors, winning the Gemological Institute of America account.

    • Designed digital and print assets for Delta’s Uplift program, motivating employees to promote the SkyMiles Credit Card.

    Dove MEN+CARE • Senior Art Director • 2010

    • Led UX and design for the first Apple iAd; partnered with Apple’s dev team to create the Dove Men+Care iAd, one of four featured at WWDC 2010.

    Dove • Senior Art Director • 2008-2012

    • Art Directed the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty across print, digital and video to help build self esteem within women and girls.

    • Led the experiential Dove Show Us Your Skin campaign featuring Jenny Garth across video, app, OLA, website, and Times Square billboards; directed video and a photoshoot featuring 30+ women.

    Mead Five Star • Art Director • 2008-2010

    • Created the Five Star back-to-school campaign; hand-drawn illustrations appeared on 30M+ notebooks, in-store displays, OLA, and a microsite.
