Lead and mentor a team of ~6 creatives across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Salesblazer, scaling to 200+ projects and ~4K assets annually while maintaining craft excellence, brand consistency, and integrating AI-driven workflows.
Define and lead the annual Sales Product Marketing Creative Vision, aligning creative to business goals.
Direct immersive brand experiences for flagship moments including Dreamforce, World Tours, and NRF, as well as virtual launches (2,500+ attendees, 112% to goal).
Led AI agent launches across campaigns, virtual events(~2500 live attendees, 112% to goal), and digital channels.
Created “Happy Shopping,” establishing Salesforce’s voice in modern retail; launched across display, social, long-form content, video, and Shopping Insights HQ (37.5% CTR vs. 25% benchmark).
Directed SF Powers the Holidays, generating 1.5M impressions, 52× ROI, ~25% share of voice (+144% YoY), and $131.4M in pipe (+130% vs. goal).
ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR / GOOGLE ASSISTANT
Epsilon, Publicis Groupe • 2015 – 2021Led global creative vision and execution for the Google Assistant CRM program, delivering personalized, educational content to millions of users weekly.
Launched the program internationally (2017) and drove multiple creative evolutions to make email communications responsive, dynamic, scalable, and personalized.
Built and mentored a global team (~12 copywriters, designers, and production artists across AMER, EMEA, and APAC), partnering with developers to deploy every touchpoint.
Expanded scope to include Google Assistant landing pages, product notifications, and app/store creative, while leading concept work for Google Maps, Google Merchant Center emails, and Google Home campaigns.
Awarded Platinum (Hermes Creative Awards), Platinum (MarCom), Gold (Horizon Interactive), Certificate of Excellence (The Echos), and Best Online Newsletter (Internet Advertising Competition) for Assistant CRM program work.
