I first connected with a fashion photographer while I was in college, after sharing a student project I was developing. She reached out soon after and invited me to collaborate with her in New York City, assisting in directing a photoshoot and later designing two editorial fashion spreads for the Slovenian magazine Gloss.

For the first editorial, I created a watercolor painting on wood, then scanned it to layer in texture and color across the series, giving the spreads a tactile, painterly depth.

The second editorial was inspired by bold and dramatic contrast with pops of color.
