Led global creative vision and execution for the Google Assistant CRM program, delivering meaningful, personalized experiences for millions of users.
Launched the program internationally (2017) and drove multiple strategic creative evolutions to make communications responsive, dynamic, scalable, and personalized.
Created and mentored a global team (AMER, EMEA, APAC) of copywriters, designers, production artists, while partnering with developers to deploy every touchpoint.
Expanded business to lead creative of Google Assistant landing pages, product notifications, and Global Google Assistant App and Play Store Creative. Additionally, worked across multiple Google acccounts creating concepts for Google Maps, emails for Google Merchanct Center and Google Home.
