As Creative Lead for Salesforce’s Industry team, I led creative for Retail and Consumer Goods, developing the 2022 franchise campaign Happy Shopping. I owned the core idea, copy and visual direction, and built a scalable kit of parts, including Shopping Insights HQ, with integrated execution across social, blog, and video.
I also led SF Powers the Holidays, one of Salesforce’s largest cross-cloud thought-leadership programs, spotlighting retail shopping trends during the industry’s peak season. The program spanned a full social calendar, website refreshes, and executive-level amplification, including posts from Marc Benioff.
Additionally, I helped lead creative for Salesforce’s in-person presence at NRF in New York City, guiding and overseeing booth design, signage, promotional materials, and sizzle reels. We also filmed man on the street style videos for live event promotion on social

SF Powers the Holidays generated 1.5M impressions and exceeded ROI targets by 52×. Awareness efforts captured ~25% share of voice, up 144% year over year, while pipeline generation reached $131.4M—exceeding goal by more than 130%. Shopping Insights HQ delivered a 37.5% click-through rate, significantly outperforming the 25% benchmark.
